Surprising results create lasting impact
Rich Cook (CEO and Chief Psychologist) and the Mindset Practice team are on a mission to enable everybody to be their best, most authentic self, every day, by showing up consistently from a mindset of Growth rather than Survival.
Historically this has been achieved through on-site programme delivery. However, as a consequence of the 2020 restrictions we all faced, they quickly transitioned into using tech like zoom to continue delivering their life-changing work during this time.
Could e-learning content work as well?
There was an initial concern that a purely digital programme delivery perhaps wouldn’t be as effective. But it soon became clear that programme participants were in fact experiencing the same, incredible outcomes.
And so, the digital programme established itself as a method to remove geographical or logistical barriers, taking Mindset Practice much closer to realising their commitment to ‘building a mindset of Growth for people in a way that touches everyone’s lives for the better.’
Level up and get ready to scale
Whilst the early zoom recordings worked well to prove the effectiveness of this approach, Rich engaged with us in late 2020 to help plan, record and deliver a series of premium explanatory films. Films that appropriately reflected the value, care and expertise applied throughout the development of these mindset tools and solutions.
Over the course of several filming days and locations, with our multi-camera studio setup, we captured and cut over 40 programme films. It’s a huge project. One that - as a team committed to inspiring positive change with our creativity - we’ve truly been both professionally and personally excited to be a part of.
Leveraging the power of digital
The brilliant Mindset Practice team have invested a huge amount of time and effort to create a simply remarkable, award-winning digital platform, featuring experiential learning, dynamic animation, embedded psychometric reporting and habit-changing tools. It’s a participant-led programme of self-discovery and practical application all built on and backed by scientific research.
And it’s revolutionising people development across the globe.
